White Stars Nominations:
Kilcullen's progress in qualifying from the group stages in the Championship this year has been reflected with two nominations for the White Stars team. Mick "Hook" Kelly has been nominated at Midfield and Shane "Sheas" Lambe has been nominated for the full forward line. The nominations are based on the best performers in this year's Senior, Intermediate and Junior Championships. Aswell as the prestige of being named among the best 15 players in the county this year, the final 15 will also get to play against the Kildare team in a charity game on December 17th (well obviously Shane won't be here). This game will also double as a testimonial for Lilywhite legend Glenn Ryan who recently announced his intercounty retirement. You can vote for your 15 on the 2nd page of the Sports Supplement in today's nationalist. So anyone who complains about Kilcullen players not getting recognition, here's your chance to rectify it.

Under 21s Out of Championship:
The Under 21's suffered a home defeat to Kill in the championship on Saturday, losing by 2-8 to 0-10. Both sides were down to 14 men after a double sending off in the fifth minute. However the sending off hit Kilcullen harder as they lost a key player in Darren Barker. Unfortunately the Under 21 championship is a straight knock-out competition this year so that is Kilcullen's involvement ended.

Ragettes Into Final:
The Girls Under 15 side have qualified for the final of the league after they defeated Leixlip by 2-13 to 2-3 in the semi final on Saturday. Well done to all involved.

Under 21 B Championship:
The Under 21's are in championship action this Saturday. They are at home to Kill at 3.30pm. Hopes are high for a successful season with the nucleus of the team having reached last year's minor final. They also have a couple of Senior players such as Brian Bell and Darren Barker. Best of luck to all involved.

Underage fixtures:
The Under 15 boys have a home game in Dinvision 3 this Sunday at 11am against Nurney/Athgarvan.
The Under 15 girls have a home fixture on Saturday next when they face Leixlip in their semi-final. It is hoped there will be a good turnout to cheer on the girls.
