Comments:
I have had a look through all the comments that have been posted. I would like to remind everyone that this is a Kilcullen GAA website paid for by the club. Any anonymous criticism will be deleted. Anyone who wishes to make a comment, please leave your name, or better still go to a club official. There was a very low attendance at this year's AGM which surely would have been to proper place to air such concerns.

Rags Survive:
Kilcullen will stay in Division One for a 12th consecutive season after a fine 1-8 to 0-8 win away to Allenwood last night. Allenwood may have had nothing to play for, but as you would expect from the Blues they gave us a very tough game, and the watching Ballymore contingent could certainly have no complaints. Kilcullen started the brightest going into an early 3 point lead. However Allenwood responded and the teams went in level at the break. Allenwood then went into a two point lead early in the second half, before Kilcullen really grabbed a hold of the game, and a Mick Williams wonder goal was the real clincher. It was a good all-round team performance from The Rags with 8 players scoring. Best on the night for Kilcullen were Fergus Aspell who was outstanding, and also Mark Dooley and Darren Barker in the backs.
Kilcullen Line-Up: Paddy Maher; M.Dooley, R.Aspell, G.Shanahan(capt); Paul Maher, T.Davis, D.Barker; M.Kelly(0-1), F.Aspell(0-1); M.Williams(1-1), B.Bell(0-1), J.Lambe(0-1); A.Carroll(0-1), S.Lambe(0-1), C.Aspell(0-1).
Subs Used: W.Kinsella, J.Whyte.

Moors Win Comfortably:
The Juniors were well beaten by Moorefield tonight. The final score was 5-12 to 0-4.
Crucial Win For Seniors:
The Seniors had an impressive 1-16 to 0-6 win over Clane on Saturday night. The Rags started the game brightly, going into a lead from which Clane never recovered, and lead by 6 points at half-time. Kilcullen went on to dominate the second half in a good all round team performance, with the substitutes also having a major impact. Both sides had penalties saved in an eventful second period. Best for Kilcullen were Thomas Davis, Jamie Lambe and substitute Warren Kinsella.
