Ladies Minor Final:Kilcullen Minor Ladies take on Naas in Naas next Monday night at 7pm in the league final. Best of luck to all involved!
Challenge Defeat:An experimental Kilcullen Line-Up lost out to Raheens last night in an entertaining game of football. Raheens got off to a flyer and let by 1-8 to 0-4 at half-time. The Rags came back with a strong early second half performace with Jamie Lambe leading the way with some outstanding points. Kilcullen actually twice went into the lead in this period, before Raheens finished the stronger to win the game by 3-10 to 1-11. Jamie Lambe was best for Kilcullen, while Brian Fox, John Whyte and early substitute Darren Barker also did well.

Narrow Win For Rags:Kilcullen beat Rathangan this morning by 0-11 to 0-10. Unfortunately, the other result did not go their way and it was not enough to qualify from their Keogh Cup group. Although, dominating the first half posession and having a strong wind at their backs, Kilcullen could only go in level at 7 points each at the break. However, the Rags dug deep in the second half to come out ahead by the narrowest of margins. Best for Kilcullen were Michael "Hook" Kelly, Ger Shanahan, Shane Barker, Mick Williams and Paul Maher, while Colm Fox impressed when introduced as a substitute. The Ladies NFL game between Kildare and Monaghan will take place this Sunday in Kilcullen at 2pm.

Better news for the club came on Sunday when the minors posted what was by all accounts as an impressive win over Rathangan. The final score was 2-8 to 2-1.Inter-County Ladies Fixture:Kildare ladies will play Monaghan in Kilcullen this Sunday at 2pm. Kildare will know they face a daunting task after Monaghan posted an impressive 2-17 to 0-7 win over Meath at the weekend. However after fighting their way to a tough 1-12 a piece draw away to Dublin at the weekend the lady lilies will feel they can come into the game with nothing to fear.O'Neill's Club Hoodies on Sale:O'Neill's hoodies with the club crest are currently on sale for €50. Keogh Cup:After an encouraging opening win against Castledermot last weekend, Kilcullen now travel to take on Nurney this Saturday at 3pm.Ladies Change:Unfortunately the Kildare v Dublin ladies match scheduled for this Sunday has now been switched to a Dublin venue, instead of Kilcullen.Minor News:Kilcullen Minors lost their opening league match to St.Kevin's in an entertaining game. The final score was 4-7 to 3-6. Best for Kilcullen were Barry Comerford, Aidan Carroll, Seán Pembroke, David Hickey, Shane O'Connor and Seán Kelly. Their next game is at home to Rathangan on Sunday morning at 11am.
Keogh Cup Victory:Kilcullen won their opening game in the Keogh Cup yesterday with a 1-10 to 0-9 win over Castledermot. Kilcullen Scorers: P.Jones(0-4), C.Aspell(0-3), M.Brophy(1-0), C.Fox(0-2) and D.Barker(0-1).
Keogh Cup:Kilcullen have their first game of 2008 this Saturday when they take on Castledermot in the first round of the Keogh Cup. The game takes place at home in Kilcullen at 2pm. Training is well underway and takes place every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm. New players welcome.Minor Fixture:The minors begin their season with an away fixture against St.Kevins in Division 3. This game is on Sunday at 11.30am.Kilcullen To Host Kildare Ladies:Kilcullen will play host venue to Kildare vs Dublin in the Ladies NFL on sunday the 17th of feburary. This will be a big day for the club, and is great recognition for all the hard work done by the Ladies section of the club in recent years.
