Ladies Into League Final:
After a disappointing championship campaign the Kilcullen ladies have picked themselves up to progress into the league final. The Ragettes played Prosperous at home on Sunday morning in the semi-final in a match which was played in difficult conditions. The girls put in a very convincing performance, even outscoring their opponents when playing into a strong breeze.
The time and date of this fixture has not yet been confirmed but is expected to go-ahead in the next two weeks. The Ladies will meet Ballykelly in the final who they drew with in the group stages of the league already this year but after the cruel last-minute nature of defeat the team endured at the same stage of the competition last year, Kilcullen will be determined to go one better.
